Terms of Service
By using our website or booking a tour with Nomadic Explorer, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Bookings & Payments
- All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation
- Full payment is due 30 days before the tour departure date
- Prices are quoted in USD and include all items listed in the tour description
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
Itinerary Changes
Nomadic Explorer reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided where possible.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visas before departure
- Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations at the time of booking
- Follow the guidance of your guide at all times for safety purposes
- Respect local customs, traditions, and the natural environment
- Obtain adequate travel and medical insurance prior to departure
Liability
Nomadic Explorer acts as a tour operator and is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of third parties. Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler's own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
